The Re:Union adoption kit is entirely community-made. Four artists gave their time and talent to create something the Altered community can keep forever.
Sweorkie is one of the most beloved artists in the Altered community, known for her warmth and her uncanny ability to capture the personality of Altered's creatures. She created the first Woollyback token card design for this campaign, and she is why everyone calls the Woollybacks hers.
GabrielBargiel brings a distinctive painterly style to the Altered world. His Woollyback token card captures the creatures in their natural element — curious, gentle, and utterly themselves. A fan favourite in the community for his ability to make every card feel alive.
Karifur is known across the community for her stunning alternate art treatments, including the stained-glass style that has made her work instantly recognisable. Her Woollyback token card brings something completely different to the set, and makes the trio feel like a true collection.
JH_withdaGOATs illustrated the adoption certificate that comes with every kit, giving each guardian a piece of art as unique as their Woollyback. She is also the writer and illustrator behind the Woollyback story series, which follows the creatures across Asgartha and into our world. Her work gives the campaign its heart.

This campaign is the first step toward Re:Union's inaugural expansion set. Your adoption helps get us there.
Altered TCG raised €6.2 million at launch. A global community fell in love with the game. It almost didn't survive.
Altered TCG was created by Régis Bonnessée and published by Equinox, launching with a record-breaking Kickstarter in March 2024. It grew fast. Five sets, a massive BGA following, and a game unlike anything else in the TCG world.
When Equinox's funding campaign for Set 6 fell short, they made the difficult decision to step back. Before they did, they gave the community something remarkable: They gifted set 6 and set 7 digitally to everyone, and their support to keep the game going through community initiatives.
Re:Union is that continuation. A non-profit organization, formed by players, building the next chapter of Altered with the community at its center.
With the help of Equinox and their commitment to supporting the community, Re:Union was able to rescue the Woollyback herd!
